I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist who has specialised in working with children, young people and their families over the past 20 years. I have worked extensively within CAMHS and Local Authority settings and have provided expert witness reports to the family courts since 2012. I offer assessment and intervention for a wide range of presenting difficulties. Some of the common issues I work with include low mood, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, neurodiversity, parenting and attachment relationships.
Therapeutically, I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of evidence-based interventions and psychological approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and systemic models. I have also completed my training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
