Whether you’re coping with loss, anxiety, low self-esteem, past trauma or the pressures of modern life, it can be hard to manage alone. Reaching out for help may feel daunting, but it’s a powerful step toward beginning your healing journey. I work with adults dealing with bereavement, anxiety, panic, self-esteem difficulties, trauma and the unique needs of neurodiverse clients. I also have specialist experience providing therapeutic support for people facing end-of-life challenges and bereavement within a hospice setting.
My integrative approach draws on different therapeutic models to suit your needs, whether exploring past experiences, managing anxiety or building self-esteem. Sessions are collaborative and paced around you. I also offer designed programs for anxiety, self-esteem and nervous system regulation offering extra resources for those who find them helpful.
Ultimately, my aim is to help you make sense of your experiences, cope with difficult emotions and move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
