I can offer you a calm and safe space for you to explore any issues or challenges you may be facing. I am a warm, empathic and non-judgemental Person Centred Counsellor. I am experienced in issues such as: Anxiety and depression, low self esteem, inner critic, loss, relationship issues and family conflict. I tailor the sessions to meet your individual requirements, to help you gain more clarity on your situation, to feel less stuck and to tap into your skills and resilience.
My name is Jenni and I am a fully qualified Person Centred Therapist. My approach is Person Centred, integrated with CBT coping techniques, in order to help you deal with any problems.
