Hi, I’m Jenna. I’m a Principal Clinical Psychologist offering online therapy to help support you through life’s challenges. I’ve worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years, working with individuals, couples, and families.
I have extensive experience working with people experiencing a variety of issues including low mood, anxiety-related difficulties, grief, low self-esteem or perfectionism, and trauma of any kind. I also specialise in supporting people in the perinatal period, including families with experience of NICU and PICU admissions.
I offer compassionate, integrative therapy tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll uncover the root causes of your struggles, and create lasting change using evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, and CFT. My empathetic, person-centred approach ensures you feel supported every step of the way. I am also a qualified EMDR practitioner.
