I previously worked with neurodivergent adults with severe learning difficulties, autism, and ADHD. I was also a primary school volunteer supporting children who needed additional educational support. My area of work as a psychotherapist has been with survivors of domestic/sexual abuse, complex trauma, and students battling the pressures of university.

I have a calm, comfortable space and I am dedicated to creating an environment that offers freedom for exploration and growth. I understand from personal experience the importance of finding a place to share without feeling judged, holding this in mind my approach is warm and respectful. I also commit to monthly supervision to ensure ethical practice.
