Hello I’m Jeni. As an experienced Dramatherapist I have found that when things are too hard to talk about initially, creativity can help us to express and process and then release what no longer serves us. My private practice allows me to work online with adults, and young people, and in a Primary school with a specialist speech and language unit. I have also worked in numerous Secondary schools. I have experience in working with anxiety, low self esteem, pre and post bereavement, fostering and adoption (life story work) neurodiversity and survivors of sexual assault
I am led by the likes and needs of each individual client. If you are into art, we can do some art, or creative writing, if you do just want to talk that is also fine. I will be led by you, maintaining respect at all times, and looking to build trust in order for you to be able to use the space as you need and in order to reach your goals.

Globally we are recovering, or getting used to the new “normal”. We have lived through a highly stressful age and some of those stresses linger on. There have been bereavements of all kinds and its normal to feel emotionally exhausted. If you have a caring role at work or home this can be especially difficult. This will be a space just for you to take stock, breath, relax, connect, ground yourself, create, amongst like minded people, and from the comfort of your own space.
