Hi, I’m Jen. I’m an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, working online and in Shoreditch, East London. Life can be challenging and confusing. Whether you are struggling with a particular issue, feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or would like to understand yourself better, therapy offers a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. Together we can make sense of your experiences to gain greater self-awareness and create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
My practice is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from a range of different therapeutic modalities to best suit your needs. I trained for four years at Regent’s University and have an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am committed to supporting you so that you feel empowered to access your own strengths and make the best choices for you.
Starting therapy can feel nerve wracking, especially if it is your first time seeking support. However, my aim is to make you feel safe and comfortable so that we can begin to explore what is troubling you.
