I work with individuals of all ages who are in the middle of figuring things out- whether that's who they are, what they need, or where they want to go next. I have a particular passion for working with queer, trans, non-binary and polyamorous clients, and bring nearly a decade of genuine experience and understanding to those conversations. I also support people navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, building self-compassion and confidence.
I'm a person-centred therapist, so I start from the belief that you are inherently good and have the capacity to grow. I work alongside you, helping you make sense of what's happening, understand what's getting in the way, and find your own way forward. Sessions are warm and collaborative. They’re a space to bring whatever matters most to you.
