As a Registered Counsellor & Therapist I am here for you, to help you transform your relationship within your world, whether that be with people in general, work colleagues, your partner or your parents. I can help with anxiety and traumas, big or small and those in between. As a trained EMDR Consultant I work with children and adults. If you're not sure where your issues stem from, I will help you locate it and transform it or we instead focus on the present. I will work with you to find your optimum. I am in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Online.
Specialising in Trauma for quite some years I have built up an understanding of different paths to suit different people. No two people are alike and everyone I meet I see them for the special and unique person that they are. I believe in answers and I believe in you.
Whichever of my integrative skills used, my goal is for you to have worthwhile end results where you have achieved at least as much as you set out to achieve and for you to feel at the end of the day that it was a valid and an enjoyable experience.

Online 121 or group of 4 sessions. Group sessions can give you the tools to understand and change behaviours so that you are prepared for possible triggers and be ready with techniques that you will be taught that can bring about a dynamic change. 121 can help you define where your anger has come from and we will have precious confidential time to relate to your specific issue and we will look to work with this to prevent it being a constant issue that defines your responsiveness
