Hello my name is Jen and I am a fully qualified counsellor. I have lots of experience working with neurodiverse adults, young people and children so find it easy to adapt my style to suit my clients needs. I have a genuine passion for the work I do, as i enjoy helping people feel better about themselves.
I offer my clients a friendly, confidential, supportive space to help them to explore their inner thoughts and understand their feelings. I am non-judgmental and have experience in working with all age groups from all different backgrounds. I specialize in working with neurodiverse children and young people and I also enjoy working with adults.
I understand about mental health and how our negative thoughts from past experiences can come back and prevent us from feeling ok. I will work in partnership with you to help you gently go back in time and reprocess them thoughts in a more healthier way that allows you to move forward with your life.
