Hi, my name is Jen and I am a fully trained integrative counsellor based in Swindon, Wiltshire. I work with adults over 18, covering a range of issues and common life problems. You may know exactly what your issue is, or you may need a few sessions to get to the heart of it, either way is fine with me – there is no right way to do therapy! I offer a warm and friendly space for you to explore your issues, worries and concerns. My approach is person-centred and holistic in nature, meaning the therapy will be led by you, underwritten by a foundation of trust, empathy, and non-judgement. Between us, we will explore how your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual parts integrate within you, and together we will begin to navigate your path to healing.
