Hi, I'm Jen and I'm a fully trained integrative trauma counsellor based near Swindon, Wiltshire. I work with adults, covering a range of issues and common life problems. You may know exactly what your issue is, or you may need a few sessions to get to the heart of it, either way is fine with me – there is no right way to do therapy! I offer a warm and friendly space for you to explore your issues, worries and concerns.
I am centrally located and within commutable distance from Swindon, Purton, South Cerney, Ashton Keynes, Brinkworth, Malmesbury, Lyneham, Calne, Chippenham, Marlborough, and all surrounding villages and towns.
My approach is person-centred and holistic in nature, meaning the therapy will be led by you, underwritten by a foundation of trust, empathy, and non-judgement. Between us, we will explore how your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual parts integrate within you, and together we will begin to navigate your path to healing.
