Hello, and a warm welcome to my profile. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a member of the professional body, BACP. Whether it is anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, phobias or if life just seems too much, I can offer space and time for you to be heard. Having a confidential space to talk can offer insight and perspective, and talking therapy can help you to take the steps to a life that you want. The first step can be the hardest, and I am dedicated to helping my clients feel supported on every step of their journey. Working together, we will create a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs.
I value human to human connection, our thoughts, emotions, personal experience, and all the things that make us 'people'. This is the foundation of my practice, and CBT techniques and other approaches are sensitively woven into the natural flow of sessions. I am experienced in working with youths aged 12+ and adults.
Just having someone to speak to is therapy in itself. Sometimes it can feel as if we are alone and isolated with our problems. I am ready to listen, come as you are, you will be met with kindness.
