I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and difficulties in relationships, whether family, friendships, or romantic. As an integrative counsellor and Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist (supporting over 40 types of loss), I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel supported in easing life's pressures, working through loss, healing from trauma, and rediscovering your confidence and self‑worth. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re returning after a break, I warmly welcome you.
I specialise in person‑centred, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, offering you a safe, compassionate space to explore thoughts, uncover familiar and unfamiliar patterns to gently reshape what no longer serves you. My integrative style nurtures emotional freedom, builds resilience, and supports healing with care and understanding.
Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re returning after a break, I warmly welcome you. I know how hard it can be to take this step, and you don’t have to face challenges alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your experiences, ease pressures, and reconnect with your inner strength. Reach out whenever you are ready.

My Time Programme
The My Time programme, created in 2008, offers women a safe, supportive space to connect with others facing depression, anxiety, or difficult relationships. It has reached thousands of women, featured in the Shelter Newsletter and Shelter’s magazine, and delivered to professionals and respected organisations. Accessible both online and face to face, My Time fosters understanding, strength, and community. Offered at a fraction of the cost of therapy, it reflects the belief that everyone deserves access to support, regardless of financial circumstances.
