I am here to help you understand yourself a bit more, unravel your thoughts and feelings and work towards you feeling better and happier, possibly make changes and feel more able to function. I work with client's with anxiety and depression. I can also help with stress that you experience, relationship difficulties, sensory issues & communication difficulties. My specialist areas are Autism, Asperger's & Adhd. I also work with people who would like to explore gender identity. I work with a whole range of emotional difficulties.
It's so hard sometimes when you feel alone and isolated and are suffering. Reaching out for some support can be such a brave step.
