Im a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I help those with anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelm and more. My therapy room is a place where clients can unmask and be their authentic selves, and Autistic/ADHD clients can stim freely without judgment. I work with all neurotypes but my experience and training has enabled me to work effectively with neurodivergent children and adults (ASD/ADHD). I am aware of sensory overload, overstimulation and autistic burnout and for those struggling with eye contact or lighting, my rooms can easily be adapted to suit clients needs.
My degree in intergrative psychotherapy enables me to integrate different skills I'm trained in to adapt to my clients vastly varying needs, whilst giving empathy, compassion and a safe space to heal. In addition to the traditional talking therapy I like to use art, sand play, pebbles and gestalt therapy in my sessions.
