About

Hello, I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor and offer a safe space in which you can confidentially unpick whatever has brought you to here. There are many reasons for seeking therapy - depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem - whatever it is we will work through it together. I have worked in care and addiction, and I have spent much time with many of society's marginalised groups. I believe in inclusion and equality, whilst recognising our differences. We all need to feel accepted, safe, seen and heard. I offer a free short phone call/Zoom call as a consultation and to book sessions.
I work in a compassionate person-centred way where you are central to the process - this is all about you and your world. I work online using Zoom, or if you live in or around Stroud, Glos, then I can come to your home or meet out in nature for walk and talk sessions. The sessions are 50 minutes long online, and 60 minutes for home visits/walk and talk.
It is really courageous to reach out and ask for help, well done for doing so, you have taken that first difficult step. Being truly seen and/or heard is so vitally important in life, and will be at the heart of our therapeutic relationship - I am here to listen to you and hopefully help you find the answers. Hopefully the stress you feel will ease in time
