Hi Welcome to my profile. I know it takes courage to reach out for help. Having counselling or psychotherapy is a big step towards feeling better, and making sense of why things are the way they are. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, low self esteem or lack of confidence, relationship trauma, fertility problems, ADHD diagnosed or not, I can help.
I love to help with finding life purpose, feeling lost at any age. I am also passionate about helping you to develop a strong sense of self, emotional regulation and mindful approach to life. I will help you to pinpoint what is holding you back, and steps to focus on.
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor trained in psychotherapy and counselling and I am a registered member of MBACP and work confidentially within their ethical framework. I trained in Transactional Analysis (TA) and Integrative Psychotherapy. TA is really helpful when looking to navigate relationships, and also developing a stronger agency in all situations.
