About
As a private, person centred counsellor with extensive experience in many subject matters including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Bereavement,(Complex, unrecognised) Abuse (sexual, physical, emotional), Relationships issues,(Couple and family) , Self harm, Eating disorders, Addiction, Suicidal ideation, Career stress and life changing adjustments.
I work from private and comfortable rooms in Birchwood Warrington and St Helens Town Centre. Both of these areas offer easy accessible and tranquil rooms. Both have nearby parking and bus routes from the surrounding areas. I will also consider home visits. I have substantial experience with adults, couples, adolescents and children older children
I am passionate about providing high-quality service in a safe, private and non judgmental environment, where you will have time to explore and make sense of your feelings. I understand that seeking and finding the right counsellor can be daunting and this is why I offer a no obligation, first reduced rate appointment.
