My clients describe me as warm and gentle in character and it is always my intention to create a supportive space where we can explore together whatever turmoil or challenges you are facing at this time in your life. If you find yourself here, it may be that you have been confronted with some difficult life experiences and are sitting with uncomfortable and distressing feelings that may feel insurmountable. Perhaps you are managing significant anxiety or are feeling depressed? Maybe you feel alone, lost, angry, betrayed or confused. Perhaps life just feels like a struggle. I am here to support you live the life you want to live.
I work with a wide range of issues. A key area of interest is working with Trauma and Grief as well as with individuals affected in some way by Adoption. If I feel I am not the best person to support you, I hope to point you in the right direction, so that you can access the support you most need.
While it can be hard to seek help and trust others, I invite you to give counselling a go. I can offer you a safe, confidential space to talk about those aspects of life that are painful and difficult – at your own pace. I am experienced and work with Adults and Young people (16+) work through difficult or traumatic life events, supporting positive change.
