I am an accredited CBT Therapist and EMDR practitioner with many years experience of working in NHS physical and mental healthcare settings. My aim is to provide a CBT or EMDR approach, tailored to your goals of therapy and provide you with strategies to promote recovery and enable you to engage more fully with life and enjoyable activities. I also offer specialised CBT for people who are struggling with psychological distress that may be associated with physical health conditions. I am also a BABCP trained CBT Supervisor.

I specialise in trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders and long term physical health conditions (LTC's). I have extensive experience in working with Phobias, Anxiety, Stress, Sleep difficulties, Body Dysmorphia, Social anxiety, OCD, Agoraphobia, Health anxiety, panic and low self esteem and LTC's including cancer, diabetes, COPD, IBS, chronic pain, CFS.

I believe we all have individual strengths and resilience despite the difficulties we may be going through. I offer a warm collaborative, non-judgemental, strength focused and respectful approach, building on inner resources to help promote psychological wellbeing and recovery.
