Welcome, my name is Jeanette, I am a therapeutic counsellor based outside of Norwich. Are you struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, a sense of feeling overwhelmed, not knowing where to turn for help?

I am a person-centred therapeutic counsellor, with over 6 years experience. and am a member of the BACP. I work with young people and adults of all ages, specialising in trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
I can offer face to face sessions or on-line sessions if you prefer, in a safe, confidential setting.
I will journey with you to discover your potential, build emotional support and navigate change effectively, to increase personal growth and satisfaction It's not easy to cope alone when things are becoming overwhelming and it can be really helpful to talk through what's happening with someone who really wants to listen & is interested in hearing your story.
