If you are feeling like things are getting you down and preventing you leading your life the way you would like to, perhaps you may feel anxious or depressed and feel you have lost your self-esteem and belief in yourself, this could be through difficult life events like stress, relationship, bereavement or something that happened to you in the past. Taking back control of your life and living the way you want to can be helped with therapy to gain a more positive happier future.
I am a integrative therapist which means I use a group of therapies and work predominantly with children, young people and adults. I use person centred, attachment focused therapy, elements of CBT and art and play therapy to enable the most suitable therapy to meet the clients needs within a safe and empathetic space.
My person centred background provides an empathic and un-conditional safe space to explore your feelings without feeling judged to enable the therapeutic relationship to form and trust to develop. I am experienced working with children, young people and adults. I am warm and accepting and believe throughout your journey positive changes can happen.
