With many years’ experience working as a trauma informed counsellor and advocate, I have specialised in supporting survivors of sexual abuse. I work with adults, young people and couples in Kinver, Stourbridge, and the surrounding area . My approach can be tailored to meet your individual needs, empowering you along your healing journey and validating your feelings without judgement.
I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, self-harm, PTSD and domestic abuse. A person-centred approach is the foundation of my practice, integrating other therapeutic methods to create a tailored approach in my work, ensuring you are at the centre of the process.
