I fully understand this, and appreciate the importance of finding the right counsellor for you. Whatever difficulties you are experiencing in your life, however it is affecting you, I can work therapeutically with you using a range of counselling techniques to help you process your feelings, and improve your relationships.
My role as your counsellor is to see your world as you do, understand the challenges you are facing, and offer you the space you need to explore whatever is happening for you. I will never tell you what to do, or ask you to talk about anything you don't want to, Therapy can bring about profound and positive change, and I hope I can help you achieve this.
