I'm a qualified and experienced Humanistic Counsellor trained in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred modalities and I work in an integrative way to tailor these different approaches to your needs. Humanistic therapy focuses on you as a 'whole'. It encourages you to think about your feelings and take responsibility for your thoughts and action
