I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and I also have thirty years coaching experience helping adults move forward with their health and career. I can offer face to face, zoom or telephone sessions. I believe strongly in providing an environment and the support to help you feel safe and comfortable so that you can work through your issues at a pace that suits you, enabling you to consider your options and make decisions that feel right for you moving forward.
I have experience of working with anxiety, domestic abuse, bereavement and trauma. If you are struggling in life and are over thinking, worrying about problems or just unable to think clearly then I may be able to help you.

This can be overwhelming at first, but I feel that I am able to offer you a warm approach, patience, understanding and the time for you to feel comfortable enabling you to open up, explore your emotions, issues and help you trust your own decision making capability to help you move forward.
