Thank you for reading my profile and I understand this first step may have been very difficult for you. I'm so happy that you are reaching out for help. I am Jayne, a registered MBACP Person Centred Counsellor with experience of CBT, Trauma and Solution Focused Therapy.
I'm here to listen to your concerns in an empathic and non-judgemental way. You may be feeling overwhelmed with sadness, anxiety, depression, you may feel lost, broken and alone. We can work together and I can help you with your thoughts, pain and feelings.
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can heal and grow by understanding yourself. I will share with you coping mechanisms and evidence-based techniques which will be designed around you personally to help bring you calm, happiness and increase your self-worth.
