I offer different ways of working to suit your individual needs, including CBT, person centered and psycho dynamic. Counselling can help you make sense of what is happening in your life, support you through difficult and traumatic times and help you to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Counselling involves talking to someone who is trained to listen and is outside your family and friends. It gives you the space and place to explore your thoughts and feelings and work on things that are important to you. I provide a safe, non judgmental, confidential environment to allow you to explore and resolve your issues.
You will not be told how to think, feel or what to do, you will be helped and supported in finding your own answers. There is no limit to the number of sessions. I offer "ONE OFF"' face 2 face or online sessions up to 2hrs. I also have extensive experience and training working with SEN, ADHD, ASD and EBD, children, young people, adults and parents
