Hi, I'm Jayne. I'm a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist based on the Wirral. I work with adults and young people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or disconnected from themselves. Young people often come to therapy struggling with friendships, school pressures, identity, confidence or managing emotions, while adults may be navigating stress, relationships, loss or life transitions. Drawing on over 10 years' experience supporting children, young people and adults, I offer an approach that helps you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.
I support clients with anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, low self-esteem, stress, emotional overwhelm and life transitions. Alongside therapy, I can incorporate hypnotherapy where appropriate. Whether you're looking to understand yourself better or process difficult experience, every session is tailored to your individual needs, goals and pace.
