Hello, I’m Jaye, a Humanistic and Integrative therapist, accredited member of the BACP and clinical supervisor experienced in working with domestic abuse and sexual violence, relationship difficulties, childhood/ developmental trauma and abuse, sexuality and gender identity, stress, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. It can feel like a huge step reaching out for support when you’re finding it difficult to make sense of who you are, or the world around you.
