I am a person centred therapist with over six years of experience, my areas of interest and speciality are drug and alcohol addiction and dependance, bereavement and loss, mental health, icluding PTSD, anxiety and depression amongst other specific areas of mental health. I believe that the client is the real expert in that they know how they want to feel within themself. Given the chance I can help and support you down the path where you can become that person you want to be and lead a life with full potential and actualise that potential within yourself.
My areas of main interest are addictions relating to drug and alcohol and the impact it has on you life, mental health including PTSD, anxiety and stress related issues along with low mood and and depression.
