Hello. I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of experience providing an online service to clients around the world. I help people conquer psychological challenges using the latest findings in psychology and neuroscience. I have a down-to-earth style and use practical strategies to address low mood, stress, anxiety, confidence issues, relationship difficulties and other issues. My background in therapeutic intervention includes a number of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness (amongst others).
