Hi my name is Jasmine and I’m a qualified, experienced Counsellor offering a warm and genuine relationship for you to talk through any challenges you might be facing. I provide a calm, non-judgemental space where we can work together to help you find a way forward and feel in a better place in your life. My goal as a Counsellor is to be alongside you and build a trusting relationship where you can open up and be yourself. I offer acceptance, empathy and compassion to help you feel listened to and understood. I take time to get to know you and what you’re experiencing to find a way of working together that feels right for you.
I can provide a space for you to understand yourself more deeply, explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours, or to make sense of experiences and how they have impacted you. We can work with anything to do with your past, present or future. Whatever it is you’re bringing to counselling, we will work together at your pace.
