I like working with individuals and couples – on issues and worries ranging from anxiety, stress, and depression to all types of trauma. Of particular interest is working with people experiencing existential angst or simply feeling "stuck" in one way or another. I like to help people to get "un-stuck" and to take steps towards living their lives in more fulfilling ways, and having healthier, more rewarding relationships.
In my practice, I offer a therapeutic space to individuals, couples and families. In addition, I specialise in working with people who are experiencing psycho-sexual difficulties in their relationships. I also work with parents who are concerned about the behaviour or feelings of their children (e.g. children experiencing anxiety / aggression).
We are a team at Altogether Human CIC. We have a strong belief in the power of relationships and supportive networks. Please get in touch if you would like to work with us.
