My theory is person centred although I offer Integrative therapy which is a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client.
I specialise in helping the clients explore their emotions/feelings and understand their behaviours; how their past influences their present day. We can't change the past but we can let go of it. Leaving us free to recognise we have choices and there is more than one path.

Group supervision
Group supervision has a maximum of 4 counsellors in the group. Sharing your practice with other counsellors is a great space to be challenged and challenge. The shared experience is a great space to learn from each other; learn from different modalities.
