If you’re the one who holds it all together, capable on the outside, quietly running on empty underneath — this is the kind of work I love. I’m a psychotherapist in Nantwich, working with individuals living with anxiety, burnout and a relentless inner critic, and with couples who’ve drifted into feeling more like flatmates than partners. You don’t have to be in crisis to come; most of my clients aren’t.
With individuals I work using Integrative Transactional Analysis, looking gently at the patterns we built early in life. With couples I use Imago Relationship Therapy, an approach built specifically for long-term relationships: for the slow drift, the same argument on a loop, or trying to rebuild after an affair.
My style is warm, human and down to earth. I’ll move at your pace, celebrate your wins properly, and challenge you kindly when I think it’s in your interest. Sessions are in a comfortable, non-clinical room in Nantwich, or online across the UK. If something’s been quietly off for a while and you’re done ignoring it, I’d be glad to hear from you.
