Hello, my name is Janine. I am a qualified Psychotherapist, with UKCP Reg. MBACP Accreditation and a qualified Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist. I have been working in the field of Psychotherapy for 19 years and EMDR for nine years both in the NHS and in private practice.
I offer EMDR therapy which is a mind and body therapy treatment which can have profound and positive outcomes. The treatment involves the therapeutic relationship with safety and connection; then we would work through a timeline of events and finally we will work on a protocol form together, I will offer transparency of the process at each step.

This shapes the way I am when working alongside people who are struggling with their mental and physical health.
