I am an Integrative therapist and Clinical Supervisor based in Eastham Village, Wirral. I have extensive experience in working with clients with anxiety, depression, low mood, self harm, suicidal ideation and trauma. My model of counselling is Integrative and I use a mixture of Psychodynamic which explores your past experiences and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which explores your thoughts and feelings. I have lived experience of narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma, I will work with you to help you understand how your past experiences may be affecting your present behaviours so you can make the changes you wish to make.
I offer a safe supportive space where we can explore your feelings and what is causing you to seek therapy. I am an integrative therapist and theories I use are Psychodynamic, CBT, Trauma therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have extensive experience in working with clients with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low mood, suicidal ideation.
Accessing therapy can sometimes feel daunting so I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to meet. I offer a warm, friendly safe space for you to explore your concerns via face to face in my private office at Eastham Hall, Eastham or via telephone or Zoom. I offer daytime, weekend and evening appointments.
