Trauma Therapist Specialising in childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma.
I am Janine and I specialise in working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships, and adult trauma. Many of the people I support grew up in environments where their emotional needs were not fully seen or met, or where they learned to prioritise others’ needs above their own. As adults, this can sometimes show up as anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns.
I also work with individuals processing traumatic experiences in adulthood, including relationship trauma, workplace stress, and situations that have left lasting emotional impact. I have lived experience of childhood abuse. domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse. Therapy with me is a space where you will be heard, believed, and supported.
