I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting adults with PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, and related emotional difficulties. I offer a compassionate, strength-based approach, supporting self-esteem, resilience, and personal growth. As a therapist with lived experience, I bring an authentic understanding of trauma and anxiety and offer sensitive support for neurodivergent adults. My work is grounded in CBT and EMDR, with a specialism in trauma. I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher (YTT200), with a strong focus on the mind–body connection and nervous system regulation.
I help adults recover from trauma, PTSD, and anxiety by offering a safe, supportive space to understand your experiences, calm your nervous system, and build coping skills that work for you. Together, we work at your pace to reduce distress, strengthen confidence, and help you feel more in control of your life.
