I pride myself on providing a confidential, safe, welcoming space for people to feel comfortable to explore any feelings and emotions which may be causing some discomfort in their every day life.
I am able to work with many issues that may be causing distress of difficulties in life, anxiety, stress, self esteem, confidence, bereavement, suicide, suicide ideation, self harm, health anxiety, and any other issues that may cause unbalance. I am a member the YMCA Professional Therapeutic Pathway working with teens and young people also.
