I am an experienced and BACP Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor. I work short or long term. I always work towards the clients goals. I am happy to look at past issues, problems just arising or future concerns. I work one to one in person when possible or by phone if the client prefers. I am very empathic. Many people are struggling with everyday life and have unresolved issues which are affecting them or their relationships. I find that many of my clients are able to resolve these issues and feel much happier as they move forward. You may phone or WhatsApp me. I am also able to offer 30 minute sessions at half the hourly rate
I am an experienced, qualified counsellor working with people 18 - 85 years of age. I have often worked with anxiety and depression, panic attacks and autism related issues including aspergers. I am happy to work with people who support others including key workers and people helping with relatives with alzheimer's disease.
