Hi there, I am an integrative counsellor, experienced in a wide range of therapies with a specific interest in life transitions such as: bereavement, grief, retirement, friendship and family issues including relationships and experiences both past and present. I am very passionate about this kind of work and never underestimate the impact loss and change has on our mental well-being, self-esteem and overall quality of life. I will provide time and space to ensure you are truly heard whatever your situation and all counselling will be tailored to you and your needs as an individual.
