I offer you a safe space to slow down, listen to, and come to understand and befriend different aspects of yourself. I will support you you to meet those parts with compassion and curiosity. This process can open the door to living with more self-acceptance, ease and fulfillment.
I am a registered Internal Family Systems practitioner and find this approach to be very beneficial for my clients,. I have also undertaken further training in working with trauma, grief and loss. I welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, and also have a particular affinity for supporting young adults as they navigate life's complexities.
