My name is Janette and I offer counselling therapy for adults over 18yrs. When life is difficult it can be difficult to reach out for support. This can lead to feelings of isolation, feeling overwhelmed as well as feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. You may be carrying worries from the past or have worries about the future which are affecting you today. I offer a safe, confidential place to explore what brings you to counselling within an empathetic ,non-judgmental, professional relationship where you can be heard and be your true self.
I am experienced in collaborating with people from a wide range of backgrounds and with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, low self-esteem, and stress. I understand that it can be difficult to reach out for support and my aim is to provide a warm and empathetic space to explore issues that are important to you.
