I work with people of all ages, both neurotypical and neurodiverse, to resolve whatever challenges they are facing. I am trained in proven, effective techniques to deal with a wide range of issues including addiction, phobias and trauma as well as anxiety, depression and many others. I am trained in hypnotherapy which is an invaluable tool for bringing about permanent change. I will work at your pace, working towards your goals as quickly or slowly as you need to at any given time. I will monitor your progress and can show you how things have changed from one appointment to the next . Your needs will be what drives the session and these may sometimes change so I will adapt to whatever is most pressing at that time for you.
