Due to my experience of working with a range of therapeutic tools, from a number of modalities I am able to work with you with the best approach and with the right tools. I work with many clients with Depression, anxiety, Low mood. I also support clients with
Autism, ADHD and Neurodivergence. I have ADHD as well as lived experience of caring for my Autistic family. I work in a relaxed, relational and welcoming way, and am Neurodivergent affirming in my approach.
