Have you been thinking about change for a long time, is the daily task of managing emotions perhaps through constant worrying or you're low and flat, struggling to navigate simple things that used to be easy? Complex trauma fuelled, affairs, dishonesty, societal and cultural family influences on individuals or couples that have resulted in short or long term worries and struggles that repeat unhelpful unwanted patterns are where I specialise. Finding a way to promote a compassionate lens and get back to who you want to be.
Tried everything, ready to see if together we can find the difference that will make a difference? I work short or long term on a relatively flexible basis, sometimes even one session can be enough, sometimes it can be a longer investment to reach the change you are seeking.
