Everybody needs a space to talk things out sometimes. Life can get really full, and it can be chaotic – especially during those ‘life passage’ times like having small children, getting married (or divorced), moving job, house or town. Gestalt therapy is a gentle, creative and powerful way of working. Together, at your own pace, we can look at your ways of being in the world, explore any issues personal to you, and find ways to boost your own individual resources so you can deal with - or change - your unique situation.
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor, working face to face in the Oban area and nationwide by zoom. I welcome clients and couples from all walks of life. I work with couples using the Relate approach combined with a developmental approach, and with trauma using the Rewind technique.
